The villa includes a clean, fully equipped kitchen with gas stoves, microwave, refrigerator, RO filtration, and cookware. Guests may prepare their own meals or coordinate with our trusted village cook for authentic homestyle Maharashtrian breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Evenings Under the Stars
As the sun sets behind the hills, the garden is illuminated with warm, subtle lighting. Our resident caretaker prepares an outdoor bonfire on request, accompanied by a charcoal barbecue setup and music for your private gathering.

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late checkout is gladly accommodated when the prior schedule permits.
Music & Countryside Quiet Hours
Outdoor music on the lawn is welcomed until 10:00 PM in consideration of the quiet rural surroundings. Music may continue indoors at moderate levels.
Meals & Kitchen Facilities
Our kitchen is equipped for self-cooking. We also offer contacts for reputable local home cooks who can deliver authentic Maharashtrian meals directly to the villa.
Pets Welcome
We gladly welcome well-mannered pets on the lawns and verandas. Please ensure pets are supervised around the pool area.
Identification
In accordance with local regulations, a valid government photo ID is required for each adult guest at the time of arrival.

Via Eastern Freeway to Panvel, continuing along Karjat-Matheran Foothills Road.
Via Mumbai-Pune Expressway, taking the Khalapur toll exit towards Karjat.
Local auto-rickshaws and pre-arranged cabs easily connect from the station directly to the farm entrance.
